
Since graduating from the MA Film, Camera in 2013 Mihail Ursu has worked as a camera assistant on stop motion animation Ooglies for CBeebies and on a variety of feature film and TV drama productions as a camera trainee including feature film, Tommy’s Honour, which opened Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2016. He was nominated for a BAFTA New Talent award for cinematography on animation No Place Like Home in 2016. He was then accepted onto Screen NETS as a Camera Trainee. While training with Screen NETS he worked in the camera department on Hush, a feature film for Sigma Films, In Plain Site, a TV drama series for ITV Network and Clique a TV drama series shot in Edinburgh for BBC 3.
Mihail is currently working on Outlander as Video Assist.
